This website ("Site") is provided by Canadian Maintenance & Safety LTD’s (“CMS”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) to our customers (“you”, “your”). The following terms apply to your use of the site and access is provided subject to these terms. Your use of the site is an unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms and follow any rules contained within. We may update or modify this agreement at any time without any advance notice. Should we update this agreement a new version will be posted on the site along with its update date.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the site.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activities made under your sign in. You must maintain the security of your account and the secrecy of the password chosen to access it. We do not verify the actual identity or authorization of any user of any sign in, and thus will not be liable for any damages or expenses resulting from unauthorized use. Your account may be terminated or suspended at any time for any reason without notice or liability. You are prohibited from breaching or attempting to breach the security of the site. You may not access any information not intended for you; probe, scan or test the site; interfere or attempt to interfere with any servers, systems, services, networks, or other user.

Informational purposes only

Some products we sell are intended for business or occupational use only; may be used for personal protection, lifesaving or other safety devices. Other products may be not be listed for household use; may be dangerous when used by people without the appropriate training and experience. As such, all information provided on the site, in the descriptions, in the images, any performance claims, warranties, guarantees, representations or otherwise are provided for informational purposes by our vendors and may not be verified by us. While we attempt to provide accurate information, we do not represent that any content on this site is accurate or error-free. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you buy from us are appropriate for your use, comply with any regulatory requirements, are in proper functional condition, and used in a correct manor. We assume no responsibly for any injury, damage or other consequences in any way related to the use of any product or information provided.

Prices

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are maintained on a best-effort basis. In the event of a price error or changing market conditions we reserve the right to change the price without notice. If we are unable to honour a price you will be given the choice of a complete refund of the affected item(s), to pay any differences or to cancel your order.

Availability

Products are subject to availability at the time of order. Certain products may have additional lead time, be subject to manufacturer minimum order quantities or be a special order. If products are unavailable or otherwise subject to availability conditions we will, with your approval, offer alternative products or cancel your order and provide a refund. We attempt to keep stock status accurate and updated but circumstances beyond our control may cause discrepancies. We will not be held liable for any damages due to stock shortages or delivery delays.

Shipping

Shipping costs are displayed in the cart and may also be complementary on your order depending on a number of factors. Remote locations and oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges. If your order requires additional shipping charges you will have the opportunity to cancel the order or pay the additional charges.

Returns

All returns require a written authorization from us. Any products returned without authorization will be disposed of, or return to you at your expense with no refund or credit issued. The “Return Goods Authorization” number provided by us must be used within 30 days of issue and clearly marked on the outside of any package(s) returned. A restocking fee of 15% plus the full cost of return freight will apply to all accepted returns provided the goods are in salable condition, meet minimum order quantities and are less than one year old. Returned goods that are not in salable condition, at our sole discretion will be disposed of or return at your expense. Expiration dated products, custom products, special order items and discontinued products are not returnable.

The above return policy does not apply in certain situations:

• Defective products: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product and we will we replace the defective products at no cost.
• Products damaged in transit: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product. You must keep all packaging and materials as the carrier may wish to inspect it. On approval, products will be replaced or replaced as per the carrier’s policy.
• Incomplete or Incorrect shipments: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product. Orders deemed incomplete or incorrect as a result of our error will be rectified at no cost. Orders deemed incomplete or incorrect due to your error will be subject to the return policy above.
