Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed in the cart and may be included for some orders. Remote locations and oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges. If your order requires additional shipping charges you will be contacted and have the opportunity to cancel the order or pay the additional charges.
Returns
- Defective products: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product and we will we replace the defective products at no cost.
- Products damaged in transit: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product. You must keep all packaging and materials as the carrier may wish to inspect it. On approval, products will be repaired or replaced as per the carrier’s policy.
- Incomplete or Incorrect shipments: please contact customer service within 5 days of the date you received the product. Orders deemed incomplete or incorrect as a result of our error will be rectified at no cost. Orders deemed incomplete or incorrect due to your error will be subject to the return policy below.
Our return policy:
All returns require a written authorization from us. Any products returned without authorization will be disposed of, or returned to you at your expense with no refund or credit issued. The “Return Goods Authorization” number provided by us must be used within 30 days of issue and clearly marked on the outside of any package(s) returned. A restocking fee of 15% plus the full cost of return freight will apply to all accepted returns provided the goods are in salable condition, meet minimum order quantities and are less than one year old. Returned goods that are not in salable condition, at our sole discretion will be disposed of or returned at your expense with no credit issued. Expiration dated products, custom products, special order items and discontinued products are not returnable.
